Inflow Breathwork
BREATHING WITH INTENTION

Meet Ash
Hi, I’m Ash, the founder of Inflow Breathwork, based in Farnham, Surrey. My journey with breathwork began as a personal exploration at a time of need. I was seeking clarity, resilience, and balance in a fast paced and pressurised world. What started as a simple curiosity soon became a profound transformation, showing me the incredible power of the breath to heal, calm, and energise both the mind and body.
Through years of practice and eventually completing 400 hours of training with Alchemy of Breath under the guidance of Anthony Abbagnano, I’ve come to know that Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is one of the most accessible yet powerful tools we have for managing stress, anxiety, improving well-being, and deepening self-awareness. Whether you're looking to relieve anxiety, enhance focus, or reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, breathwork offers a path forward. I’m also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner and upon agreement can bring energy healing into our sessions.
At Inhale Breathwork, my goal is to guide you through intentional breathing techniques that help you unlock your inner power. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, I create a welcoming space where you can explore breathwork at your own pace. Let’s take a breath together and embark on this journey of transformation.

"I’ve worked with Ash on both a 1-1 and group basis. He holds the space with compassion and has allowed me to reconnect with my true and higher self. To peel away the layers and recognise passed traumas. I cannot recommend him enough.”
Lilly, UK
"Our session touched me deeply and allowed me to connect to my forgotten inner child. The best friend I’ve always wished for. Thank you so much."

“Ash led the group with a very relatable story which gave me a strong connection to the power of breathing and his guidance. The music, his narration, his touch all allowed me to drop in to my body and drop my barriers. At the end of the session I felt energised, relaxed and connected.”

What are the benefits of breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful and accessible tool for reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and boosting energy by optimising oxygen intake. It supports emotional regulation, helping to release trauma and tension while strengthening the mind-body connection. Breathwork also promotes physical health by improving lung function, detoxification, and immunity. Additionally, it can lead to expanded consciousness and spiritual growth, making it a holistic practice for transformation and well-being.
How does Breathwork work?
Breathwork directly influences the autonomic nervous system, which controls things like heart rate, digestion, and stress responses. When we use a faster, deeper, connected breath, you activate the sympathetic nervous system, increasing oxygen flow and energy in the body. This controlled stimulation helps release stored tension, process emotions, and create a reset, allowing the nervous system to restore balance and support deep healing. On the flip side when we take slow, deep breaths, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the 'rest and digest' mode which helps lower stress hormones, calm the mind, and improve overall well-being. Essentially, breathwork is like a remote control for your nervous system, allowing you to shift between relaxation, clarity, and activation based on what you need in the moment.
What should I bring with me?
Soft mats and blankets are provided. I encourage you to bring a full water bottle, a note pad and pen and no expectations. Expectations can big our biggest nemesis.
FAQs
Are there any medical considerations when working with the breath?
There are some contraindications to consider when working with the breath. If any of the below apply, you are still welcome to join me in a group setting, but the invitation would be to breath through the nose at a slower place over any other technique. If we are working on a 1-1 basis an alternative breath programme would be prescribed. The contraindications are 1) cardiovascular disease 2) high blood pressure 3) detached retina or glaucoma 4) uncontrolled diabetes 5) diagnosed schizophrenia 6) brain or abdomen aneurysm 7) diagnosed bipolar 8) epilepsy or seizures 9) currently pregnant 10) uncontrolled thyroid condition.
Should I try a group session, a 1-1 or even a longer programme?
Listen to your body and what you’re called to. It depends on your goals and preferences. If you're new to breathwork or want a personalised approach, a 1:1 session allows for tailored guidance and a more prescribed approach. Group sessions offer a shared energy and sense of connection, which many find powerful. If you're looking for deeper transformation, a longer program provides ongoing support and practice to integrate breathwork into your daily life. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out, and I can help find the best path forward for you.
